Calvary St. Charles, you blessed me so much as I got to walk your city, drive your cobblestones, drink your local coffee, and engage in conversation with you. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your openness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how God is using your very lives to bring His love to St. Charles. 

As you continue to bring your hopes for your city to the Lord, I pray He answers in miraculous ways. Of course, you each have a part to play in seeing His Kingdom come, so use your unique gifts to serve one another and you’ll see St. Charles loved with Christ’s love. Many of you prayer walked for the first time and I pray it’s not the last! I believe you pray differently when you walk your neighborhoods, downtown, and around the church. Keep walking! Then do something with what you see!

On the prayer walk, we learned about God and the work He was doing in our neighborhood. We prayed for the neighborhood and talked to God through prayer. It was a great opportunity for the kids to practice praying in front of our friends and family. Shauna is a great speaker and leader.
